.Short term...

TONIGHT THROUGH SATURDAY NIGHT...Breezy trades persist across the

territory as the high pressure to the south slowly migrates

eastward. Satellite shows a line of convection to the north of the

Tutuila and the Manu'a islands. This line will remain north

through the weekend. As the high pressure moves farther southeast,

trades will diminish and shift east on Saturday night. Showers

will remain isolated before slightly increasing to scattered on

Saturday. 



.Long term...

SUNDAY THROUGH THURSDAY...Another strong high pressure to the

southwest will not only bring trades but also intensify to strong

flow on Tuesday. The trough up north is expected to descend south

and increase showers late during week. Expected scattered showers

and strong trades on Tuesday through Thursday.

.Marine...

Rough seas will continue through Saturday before subsiding 5 to 7

feet on Saturday night. Another high pressure to the far southwest

will again elevate winds and seas 7 to 9 feet on Monday night.
