The Fisher County Sheriff Office reported flooding on Highway 92 east of Rotan at 629 PM. Radar estimates that rainfall of 2 to 3 inches, with up to 3.5 inches, occurred along a swath from northeast of Rotan to west of Roby to Capitola and west of Gannon.
