* Flash Flood Warning for...

  Doniphan County in northeastern Kansas...

  Western Andrew County in northwestern Missouri...

  North Central Buchanan County in northwestern Missouri...

  Southeastern Holt County in northwestern Missouri...



* Until 715 AM CDT.



* At 316 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing

  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain

  have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin

  shortly.



  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.



  SOURCE...Radar indicated.



  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,

           highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor

           drainage and low-lying areas.



* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...

  St. Joseph, Savannah, Wathena, Elwood, Highland, Troy, Country Club

  Villa, Country Club, Oregon, Amazonia, Forest City, Fillmore, White

  Cloud, Big Lake, Severance, Leona, Fortescue, Fanning, Iowa Point

  and St. Joseph Airport.
