* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.



* WHERE...Ohoopee River near Reidsville.



* WHEN...Until Friday evening.



* IMPACTS...At 11.0 feet, water enters the back yards of some homes

  in the Joy Bluff community.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - At 1000 PM EDT Thursday, the stage was 11.3 feet.

  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage Friday

    morning and continue falling into the weekend.

  - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
