Minimum relative humidity continues on track this afternoon to remain above 40 percent, with it dipping down slightly west of the James River valley Friday to be above 30 percent. There are some scattered showers and storms moving through central and northeastern South Dakota this afternoon. Another couple rounds of storms are forecast to develop late this afternoon and later in the evening.
