Another day where widely scattered showers and storms are forecast to develop in portions of eastern North Dakota and Red River Valley into west-central Minnesota. A few storms may bring small hail and gusty winds, along with up to locally half an inch of rainfall. Saturday and Sunday are favored to be dry, and turning warmer with temperatures into the 90s Sunday. RH values this afternoon are expected to hover between 35 to 50 percent, with lower RH this weekend. Some portions of northwestern Minnesota could see RH values drop down into the 30 to 40 percent range Sunday afternoon, and with winds becoming breezy some near critical fire conditions may be possible in some spots.
