Chance of showers becoming likely by Friday morning. Winds are 10 to 15 kt along or upslope to the east and southern slopes, which will be favored locale for cloud and rain development. Ceiling Thursday evening look to be scattered layers between 2000-3000 ft and ceiling in the 3000 to 4500 feet. A few pockets of visibilities in the 3 to 5 mile range in the showers.
