192 FNUS71 KCAR 051510 FWSCAR Spot Forecast for Ebeemee Ridge Fire...MAINE FOREST SERVICE National Weather Service Caribou ME 1110 AM EDT Fri Jun 5 2026 Forecast is based on forecast start time of 1100 EDT on June 05. If conditions become unrepresentative...contact the National Weather Service. Please contact NWS Caribou at 207-492-0166 with any further questions. .DISCUSSION... Dry and warm conditions will continue through the rest of the morning and into the early afternoon. Winds will be relatively light as well, generally less than 5 mph. Rain showers will begin to develop through mid afternoon, with the best chance for rain showers beginning around 4 PM. There is a slight chance for isolated thunderstorm development, primarily between 3 and 7 PM. Rainfall from showers will be light, but isolated thunderstorms could bring a locally wetting rain. Winds could increase and become gusty around showers and thunderstorms, and a southerly wind shift may occur around 7 to 8 PM with the sea breeze, which will rapidly increase moisture and decrease thunder chances. Minimum RH around 40 percent will occur just after noon, prior to rain development. RH will rebound well back to near 100 percent overnight, with a more substantial wetting rain moving into the area late Saturday morning into early Saturday afternoon. Slight chance for thunderstorms returns Saturday afternoon. Weather Coverage Abbreviations...
