.DISCUSSION...Clear conditions are expected through the weekend 

at the project site, with an incoming trough and associated 

pressure gradient causing breezy and gusty north-northwest winds 

through Saturday evening. Wind speeds may be significantly 

stronger on nearby ridgelines with speeds of 25 to 35 mph. Cooler 

conditions are expected to develop on Saturday as the trough comes

in, but fair daytime humidity retention and limited overnight 

recoveries are expected to continue through Monday. Slight chances

for rain are forecast for the early part of next week.
