Saturday will generally be hot and dry across the area. Temperatures will quickly increase after sunrise, with 70s to low-80s in the morning and highs in the mid-90s during the afternoon. Skies will be partly cloudy, with a few more clouds rolling in later in the day. Winds will be light in the morning, picking up out of the southeast after midday or so. No precipitation is expected any time in the morning. After midday, some isolated to scattered showers are expected to form over the mountains to the southwest. Current data shows them staying away from the site, but can't rule out some brief outflow winds, and potentially a flash or two of lightning during the mid- afternoon.
