The Storm Prediction Center has a marginal, level 1 out of 5, risk for isolated severe storms along and south of Interstate 80. Damaging winds and hail are the primary risks. Storms that develop this afternoon and tonight will be capable of producing locally heavy rainfall. If a storm would stall over an area, localized flash flooding from excessive rainfall is possible. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY Thunderstorms are expected Sunday and Monday. At this time, no severe storms are expected. Locally heavy rainfall is possible from any storm. Heat and humidity will move into the area Tuesday through Friday.
