Iowa, southwest Minnesota, northeast Nebraska, central South 

Dakota, east central South Dakota, south central South Dakota and 

southeast South Dakota.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.



Increasing heat and humidity will push heat indices into the mid 90s

to over 100 in many areas by Tuesday and perhaps into Wednesday.

Moderate to major heat risk could develop, which means the heat could

affect anyone without effective cooling or adequate hydration. Be

prepared to enact heat-related safety measures. 



The heat and humidity will lead to growing risks for severe storms by

Tuesday night or Wednesday. Details on timing and coverage of storms

are still uncertain, so please monitor the forecast for the latest

updates.
