This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of central Kansas,

east central Kansas, south central Kansas and southeast Kansas.



.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight



Isolated storms are possible across much of the area this afternoon

and evening. A strong storm or two producing small hail and gusty

winds cannot be ruled out.



.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday



Thunderstorm chances will return for Saturday afternoon through 

Sunday. The main hazards through this time frame will be heavy 

rainfall and downburst winds.



Additional thunderstorm chances will return for Monday into Monday 

night. 



Heat indices between 100 and 105 are expected for both Tuesday and 

Wednesday across southern and southeast Kansas.
