Numerous showers and storms are expected, with locally heavy rainfall the main threat. Severe weather potential looks pretty low, but does tick up a little over far southeast Oklahoma on Sunday afternoon. Shower and thunderstorm chances will decrease next week, and the heat will turn up as a ridge of high pressure builds.
