            Flooding and standing water observed at a 

            horse farm south of Mesilla Diversion Dam 

            around midday 6/4. Short-run arroyos coming 

            off the west mesa have no clear outlet to 

            the Rio Grande or the Westside Canal. 

            Outbuildings, stables, and livestock were 

            surrounded by muddy water. Time of flooding 

            onset is estimated.
