Through 1 am, scattered showers across the Florida Bay, Upper Keys, 

eastern Hawk Channel, and the eastern Straits of Florida will 

continue to wax and wane as they slowly drift off to the south to 

southwest. Mariners encountering the stronger activity may observe 

wind gusts to near 25 knots and reduced visibility in heavy 

downpours. Some island communities of the Upper Keys can expect to 

receive an few hundredths to up to a tenth of an inch of rainfall.
