...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN CURRY AND EAST

CENTRAL ROOSEVELT COUNTIES UNTIL 10 PM MDT...



At 924 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 9

miles southwest of Texico, or 12 miles south of Clovis, moving west

at 5 mph.



HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around

         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is

         possible.



Locations impacted include...

  Mainly rural areas of Southeastern Curry and East Central Roosevelt

  Counties.
