At 1051 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles west of

Norden, or 16 miles east of Valentine, moving east at 50 mph.



HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect considerable 

         tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to mobile homes, 

         roofs, and outbuildings.



This severe storm will be near...

  Norden around 1055 PM CDT.



Other locations impacted by this severe thunderstorm include Thomas

Creek State Wildlife Management Area, Meadville, North River Trail,

Burton, Sparks, and Smith Falls State Park.



This includes the following highways...

 Highway 183 between mile markers 208 and 225.

 Highway 12 between mile markers 9 and 66.
