SOUTHEASTERN DOUGLAS AND NORTH CENTRAL POPE COUNTIES...



At 350 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Alexandria,

moving southeast at 20 mph.



HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.



SOURCE...Weather station reported. Alexandria airport measured a gust

         of 64 mph at 339 PM.



IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to

         roofs, siding, and trees.



Locations impacted include...

  Holmes City, Alexandria, Alexandria Airport, Nelson and Forada.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from

windows. This storm has produced damaging winds and is capable of
